Order Cancellation/Postpone Policy

For any confirmed and paid orders (cakes, desserts, desserts table, etc.), the following cancellation policy applies depending on the Notice of Cancellation/Postpone  (NoC) given:

• NoC date given Less than 3 days from the date order delivery/collections date, no cancellation/postpone is allowed and there will strictly no refund will be given. 

• NoC date given more than 3 days but less than 14 days from the date order delivery/collections date, you can either choose to accept either options for any cancellation:

1. 50% of the full payment amount will be forfeited while remaining 50% will be refunded to customer
2. Receive credits of 100% of the full payment amount for future usage. Credit will be issued in the form of a discount code with validity of 12 months from issuance

• NoC date given More than 14 days from the date of the order delivery/collections date, we will offer full refund to customer
